I'm Nir Sharon — Senior IT Support Engineer at Perion, operating out of the Landmark Tower, Tel Aviv. I live at the intersection of users, systems, and sanity.

My days are a mix of Jira triaging, AI System Prompt Engineering, Google Workspace gymnastics, and translating "the internet is broken" into an actual ticket with a root cause.
